Printed Keyrings

Delivered to you fully assembled, each keyring unit comes with a split-ring connected to it. Printing is done on a paper insert and printed double-sided in full colour. You can have the same design on both sides or a different design on each side.
Our keyrings are made out of (PMMA) polymethyl methacrylate, also known as Acrylic. Made using precision injection molding, this thermoplastic has good aesthetic qualities, while being both impact resistant and lightweight. The main quality of Acrylic is in its transparent nature which gives excellent clarity when viewing your branding. UV resistance further ensures that your keyring will not yellow over time or from exposure to the sun. The split-ring that is connected to each keyring is nickel plated, which provides corrosion resistance, while also protecting the metal from wear over time.
Specifications
The keyring unit measures approximately 62mm x 40mm and the split-ring is 24mm. It is made up of a two part unit, a split-ring and a printed insert. The printed insert is placed between the two unit parts and then clipped together. A split-ring is then attached onto the completed keyring unit.
Artwork & Printing
Before submitting your artwork to us, please make sure that it is set up correctly and in high quality. For printing purposes the file must be set up in CMYK and at a resolution of 300dpi. The dimensions for the artwork are 49mm x 29mm. If you need any help sending artwork to us or have any other requirements, please contact us so that we may assist you.
